Palestinian Sound Archive A2 Print
Palestinian Sound Archive A2 Print
We commissioned Mo’min Swaitat, founder of the Palestinian Sound Archive, to create an original artwork for one of our issue centre pages in 2025, which is now available to buy as a poster.
The Palestinian Sound Archive is a research platform and record label, part of the Majazz Project, dedicated to preserving and sharing Palestine’s musical heritage. The archive collects, restores and reissues historic recordings – from poetry and spoken word to folk, jazz and field recordings – highlighting the richness and diversity of Palestinian musical heritage, while approaching archival practice as a decolonial act of cultural preservation and resistance.
All proceeds from the poster sales will be donated to organisation to continue the work they do.
